Actually, information technology does -- running the servers to shop electronic mail traffic for hundreds of thousands of alumni would cost quite a lot.

Googlemail and hotmail etc. are free considering they become acquirement from ad and other sources, not considering they don't incur whatever costs.

it does price them, all the email addresses are stored in their serverl and by not deleting those emails it'll have up a lot of space and they'll demand to buy/run other servers which can be plush

Our email addresses end in @unimail.(uni).ac.united kingdom of great britain and northern ireland and they last us for life!

Nope, mine was cancelled about 4 weeks subsequently I graduated.

Don't know almost uni, merely my loftier school ane withal works 4 years after leaving!
